“ I was at the Pub today as part of a community event, and I ordered a poutine. That honestly had to be one of the best poutines I've ever had, maybe THE best! The fries were cooked well and were a decent size, the gravy was hot and "just right" (not too watery), and the curds mostly retained their form, so you know they were using proper curds! Our server, Claire, was friendly and attentive, and prompt with checking in on us and asking if we needed refills. I heard they also do a risotto, and while I've never had one, I think it's safe to say it will be done right! Will definitely try it and a few other items! ”
